"This cottage was beautifully appointed and great for ease of access to Cheltenham. Note that it is on a main road, so there is some traffic noise. The bedrooms were not made for tall people due to the ceiling angle, but I didn’t have any issues at 5’2 :)."

"Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn! The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. The sitting room at the back of the property was rather dark and we didn’t use it but I can imagine it being a cosy space in winter. As mentioned by a previous guest there was a smell of oil/fuel...

"Lovely big house and setting for the family, just a couple of things which would have made it 5* could do with a few more chairs in the living room especially if you have 6 adults or teenagers with you. The floorboards upstairs were a little noisy. No electric kettle or toaster. Overall the house was clean and had most things we needed for our family holiday. "

"Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."

"Location was perfect - close to shops & bonus access to the castle, yet quiet & secluded house & garden. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful rooms for sleeping & Socialising. One of the best we’ve stayed in!"

"We had a sunny week in this lovely quiet place, visiting villages and towns in the area. We loved the numerous walks in the area too, and found the local map and local walks books very useful. We had delicious meals at nearby pubs as well as using the barbeque at the property. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. We were sad to leave when our week was up."
