"The hotel is not honest about its promises. I received an email encouraging me to check in online a day early, which promised a "welcome in style." "This was basic - and I knew that. This was my first time here and so didn't know what to expect. I had room 25 - ensuite toilet that had a shower literally in it. Who cares because the water was HOT and housekeeping changed your sheets every day. My room looked over the side alley with a good window that blocked sound. "The reviews do not match the stay. This was my first time in a low star hotel i picked it for the location but had a good feeling from choosing the good reviews over the bad. Perfectly clean room beds changed daily. Nice balcony. Tv although alot of channels wasnt in my language but it was fine. Snacks to buy if you left it too late to go shop. Came home and booking my next visit cant wait"
