"The hotel was decent enough. It wasn’t perfect but it was fairly clean and was nice and quiet. The breakfast left much to be desired. Room was small but had all the necessities. The location isn’t in the best part of town but the owners do a good job keeping the property clean. "

"This property is one of a kind! By far one of the cleanest places I have stayed and so welcoming. We had a mix up with our reservations so we only got to stay 1 night instead of 2, in the Daphne cottage but it was wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend walking into town from the cottages, it’s a bit of a walk, down hill going but up coming. But a very short drive, we drove into town twice and it was worth it. "I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all).
