"Walk out the door and turn right and you can walk a ¼ mile to the Deer Creek Tribute Trail, a lovely hike. Turn left out the door and you are an easy ½ mile walk from downtown Nevada City and all its restaurants and stores. I stayed for a week and walked everywhere, never moving my car. The property is cute, clean and comfortable. The screened porch is a peaceful spot to unwind, though I was here at the wrong time of year to enjoy it properly. I hope to be back in the spring. "We were unable to find the property and had no response from the host after an email regarding conflicting emails with two different check in times. We were on a wild goose chase with our navigation leading us to 3 different areas all with either a dead end road or locked gate! Frustrating- Would recommend no one to rent this place in the future! also would recommend Vrbo/expedia have a way to contact host directly for times like this!"
