"Over all it was a nice stay. We stayed one night for the Cavs game. It was a short walk to Rocket Fieldhouse, plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is a $10 parking garage kind of connected to the building if you don't want to pay for valet parking. The rooms are large and clean. Not as modernized as some more expensive places though. "

"Anytime we go to Cleveland Clinic we stay here. It is convenient and a great value for your money. Always clean and welcoming. The shuttle service is an added bonus. "

"There’s signage on the floor sending guests to a ‘vending area’ yet there’s nothing vending. I went to two different floors to find an ice machine that actually dispensed ice. Otherwise, the rooms was nice and it was clean. Though I waited for a bit at the desk for someone to check me in, it went well and the front desk person was pleasant. "

"Tabitha was excellent! She even recommended great place to eat which we also great choices! Thank you Tabitha! Room was clean and hotel overall was quiet. I loved the fact that I was given a choice to have a room next to the elevator or far away. "
