"Along weekend to see my son in Cardiff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I have some disabilities which cause me mobility issues. Throughout the stay the staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful absolutely top notch from the cleaner that dropped what he was doing to open doors for me to Sarah serving breakfast, who seeing i was struggling with the breakfast buffet, basically acted as my butler for the meal. "There are a few bad reviews about the condition of the hotel and I think if you are that bothered about some lime scale in the bathroom (which isn’t bad at all and the tiniest amount) some used furniture again not bad at all then it’s not the hotel for you.
