I had to prove I’d paid for my stay when I arrived which made me feel very uncomfortable and I hold YOU, HOTELS.COM entirely responsible and in no way am I annoyed with the Bootham B&B. They were brilliant at resolving the mix up...

"The Briarcroft Wayth Hotel is a small boutique hotel and great place to stay. Parking is easy to find, the sitting area is lovely. They provide a guest kitchen with refrigerator dishwasher sink, etc., as well as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The rooms are nice, although some are still under renovation. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only wish was that the mattress had a soft mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. Other than that it was a great stay!"
