"The room I booked was not available. The woman at the desk said “ Why do they keep overbooking this”. At first she told me my reservation just came over which was inaccurate as I booked and paid for it weeks ago. "

"Clean, good staff service, only negatives were mattresses a little thin and hard, no exhaust fan in bathroom (don't eat mexican before going to the bathroom) so you either have to leave the door open so everyone can hear what's going on or suffer from a steamed up mirror and everything wet after shower (don't understand not having fans!). Water pressure could have been better. Only one restaurant in the area, fortunately it's a good restaurant and no need to drive into town."

"We enjoyed our stay. The check in and out were wonderful. Nice front desk staff. Good breakfast. Only concerns were water pressure for the shower and terrible plastic forks and knives for breakfast."

"Convenient location to the train, downtown, river, restaurants and bars. One night stay for a party. The jacuzzi room is worth the price if you make time to enjoy the tub, fireplace and TV."
