"The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent - could improve the quality of the eggs. The rooms were very spacious other than the bathroom being rather tight - still functional though. Rooms were clean and had plenty of lighting options and outlets/usb charging ports. The only “problem” we experienced was a leaky tub faucet in one room and the other room had a small leak in the ceiling when we ran the shower. Not a deal breaker, though. Easy chair, desk, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows (both firm and soft pillows to choose from.) nice laundry facility; full hot/cold tasty free breakfast with big eating area. Nice happy employees at front desk made us feel welcome. So close to Opry Mills and Grand Olde Opry. 20 min drive to Honky Tonk Hwy. would definitely stay again, "

"I dropped something in the floor, went to scoop it up and came up with a handful of blond weave!! I'm a red head, lol. Soap on the sink dish was opened and stuck to the dish. A candy wrapper was under the night table. Watched the maids standing in their phones the next morning. Maybe that's why the rooms aren't clean or cleaned in time for check in. "
