"This property needs an upgrade for the price of a bayside room. The pool needs lights in the pool for kids to swim at night. If I were to go back I wouldn’t pick this hotel. "

"Our bathroom needed a little TLC….nothing major but still needs a little attention Room 36 It won’t keep us from staying again for sure!! Southwinds vibes are perfect in KW! The beds and pillows are amazing!! And ‘Z’ at the Tipsy Rooster is pretty cool and on her game!!! "

"The decor was 1960s including the integrated bed radio! Loved our stay here and would stay again. Great view from our door over the water."

"There were a few problems figuring out how to work things, especially the tv. But the staff was very fast to respond. The phone didn't work at all, so I had to use my cell phone or walk over to the front desk. This was a time-share property, so no maid service. But washer/dryer was free and so were all the soaps."

"Our room was very nice and comfortable. Balcony was nice for morning coffee. Jen was very helpful with suggesting restaurants, directions, and more! The pool area could have used a good power wash but was a nice retreat. We would definitely recommend. "

"Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We weren’t expecting much. The hotel entrance is not easy to find. Staff were friendly and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. Hotel is small and old. Things have been updated and things are nice. Room was clean and in good repair. Bed was not comfortable for two adults. Son said his bed was fine. Room location was quiet and overall we felt safe. We would stay here again. "
