"Booked for a one night stay to go to the Co-op Live arena so was used just as a base. Only two trams stops away from the arena and walked back after the show. A lot cheaper than other hotels and whilst it may lack some of the extras of those hotels it was clean, the staff were great and you could buy bottles of lager from the fridge to sit in the seating area after the walk back from the show. Would return if ever going the Co-op Live again."

"Hotel is ideally located for the motorway connection and for access to Oldham, Middleton, Bury and Hotel doesn’t look the greatest but never judge a book by its cover it makes up for it in clean and tidy rooms, value for money and friendly staff. "

"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...

"It wasn’t the Ritz but it wasn’t sold as that! Good value for money, everything was as described and our host was cheerful and very helpful. The karaoke was fun in the evening and we had a good reception from locals and other guests there too. A good place to stay while on the road or for onward travel! "
