" This hotel is simple & clean & had the most necessary amenities. It is not luxurious but comfortable & the qualities below explain why we would happily stay there again. It is a perfectly located hotel within a couple hundred meters from dozens of great cafes & restaurants, numerous shops & some of the most iconic & historically significant sites. "Amazing location in the heart of Siena, everything is on the doorstep. Great at communicating about parking and pre check in information. Room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic and dated. No drinking water in the room was possibly the only negative. Overall a great stay! "

They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena."

"In a heritage house of a medieval like town, facing church bell tower - great ambience! However, both two days we stayed was without food services (restaurant at site opens 5 out of 7 days😂). Room supply such as hot water and coffee etc are missing (the town does not have any shops) so was a bit inconvenience."
