"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Note, the bedroom is a loft with a sturdy steps but low ceiling."

"Carine made everything so easy and welcoming. She sett us up with a bike shop that delivered e-bikes so we could tour all around the hills of Tuscany for a week. The views from this lovely place are dreamy. Shared pool with several other apartments/houses connected so it has some action and noise during the day, but very quiet and peaceful at night. Kitchen was well stocked for making breakfast and dinner to enjoy on the delightful patio. Definitely looked forward to returning to our home away...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt wahrscheinlich nur wenige Häuser mit einem derart grandiosen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen; es war aber alles sauber. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Für den Pool war es leider noch etwas zu kalt. Das Dörfchen ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. "We had wonderful stay at Localita Granaio and in the Castellini in Chianti area. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. "Superb private villa with enclosed pool & garden only 5 mins walk from the town. Federico is a friendly & helpful host. We were even given fresh eggs by his Dad! Views from the garden are lovely. We had a great stay - thank you. If you are taking a dog just check the costs - we paid £50 when we booked and were charged a further €70 when we left."
