"We stayed only 1 night at the hotel as part of a Tuscany tour. The hotel has a lot of different accomm options . Our classic room was very roomy with its own loft bedroom. The dining was excellent especially the steak option. Staff very friendly and as we ended up with a car flat tyre the staff went out of their way to help change the tyre and then assist with locating a suitable tyre garage to allow us to get this fixed. "

My major complaint would be - I didn’t like that some clients staying at the hotel would take ownership of the limited tanning beds around the pool, save them with placing a towel on top and leaving the pool area for several hours limiting those staying by the pool by not using such beds to tan and relax.
