" This hotel is simple & clean & had the most necessary amenities. It is not luxurious but comfortable & the qualities below explain why we would happily stay there again. It is a perfectly located hotel within a couple hundred meters from dozens of great cafes & restaurants, numerous shops & some of the most iconic & historically significant sites. The hotel is so cosily decorated and Roberto and Vittoria give you true Italian family hospitality - you feel like part of the family and you’re given a great introduction to Montepulciano with a drive around with Roberto when you first arrive. Roberto and Vittoria were also so kind with our 9 month old baby, who utterly adored them. Vittoria’s breakfast cakes are divine too!! "

"Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena."

"In a heritage house of a medieval like town, facing church bell tower - great ambience! However, both two days we stayed was without food services (restaurant at site opens 5 out of 7 days😂). Room supply such as hot water and coffee etc are missing (the town does not have any shops) so was a bit inconvenience."
