"I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Galveston Beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s beachfront location is excellent, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast provided a good variety of options. "The staff at the front desk was wonderful. I had a problem with the TV in the first room so they moved me into a room with a working TV. Room was sparse but very clean, bathroom was tiny but again clean. The only negative was the mattress and bedding, they were both worn out and past their expiration dates!"

They cleaned our room three days later (there policy but will clean sooner if asked) the thermostat was turned down to 64 again! Waste of energy. Over all we would stay...
