"Room had all our needs and was well equipped , clean and smelt fresh at all times , staff very friendly and welcoming. Car parking was excellent no problems at all. "Although a quiet area the lodges need some maintenance! Quiet dated property and room decor. The rooms feel very cold, especially for this time of year. I suppose the price per nght reflects this! Not a "bad" stay, just not the best."

"Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "
