"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Really great stay in this flat. Perfect for the car show up the road which we had travelled down for. The pub across the way did good value food. Only thing I would say is don’t email the property hosts, just text or phone the mobile number!"

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"Built to a very high spec, and finished to a high standard. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Could do with some coat hooks near the front door, as well as some on the backs of doors."

A Lovely Stay

"The Guildford Harbour Hotel is a lovely hotel that I would recommend to anyone. The position of the hotel is fantastic being walking distance from the shops, restaurants, pubs etc. The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and on hand to help with anything. The 11am breakfast cut off and check out also made it nice not to have to rush in the morning. There is also parking provided at the hotel at no extra charge."

Great stay in a nice hotel

"We stayed here while we were visiting friends in the area. The hotel was busy as there were events on both of the evenings of our stay. The room (452) was clean and modern. There was a plug socket near the mirror, so thumbs up for that and two big, well-lit mirrors in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and there was a window in the room that could be opened. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly."

Nothing to fault

"We were given a very warm and friendly welcome. The staff were efficient and helpful throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Swimming pool facilities well maintained, clean and warm. Room very comfortable. Our first stay and very impresses, nothing to fault. Will make it our first choice on next visit to Reading."

Comfortable and quiet stay

"The reception area of the hotel is light and airy and very welcoming. We found our room quite easily and it was both comfortable and quiet. The leisure pool was a bonus although it isn’t very big so swimming lengths wasn’t particularly easy. Dinner was nice but it is quite difficult to get 3 courses for the £32 allowance. We just chose two. Breakfast was no more than ok. The coffee was terrible and hot food was lukewarm at best. However, there was a good choice of cereal and fruit and the freshly made porridge was very nice. "
