"I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"

"Great little place with a very friendly staff. My son had an early morning soccer game that was about 3 hrs from home so we were looking for lodging for the night close by. Everything seemed to be booked up when i came across this place. I'm so glad i booked it. The rooms were spotless and the natural spring water it ran off of was amazing. It doesn't have a pool but we went in the off season and had no time for a pool anyway. The beds were comfy and it was nice and peaceful. Will definitely...

"Came with friends to see the New River Gorge National Park and fall colors. Although the leaves were not at their peek, the area was beautiful. The house had a fantastic view of the river and mountains. We ere pleasantly surprised to see and hear a train running beside the river.
