"We had a lovely 2 night stay. Room was spacious, clean warm and very comfy. I would recommend Very close to the train st and all amenities "

"Upon arrival no staff was to be seen, but was polite and showed us to our rooms. A few hazards on entry grates raised up on tile flooring at entry ( trip hazard) lift doesnt work. We was there two nights no fresh towels or bedding. Had to buy our own toilet roll. Cleaness needs a good clean over, walls had stains, carpets need a good clean. Overall was warm, comfy. Its a hotel that would have alot of potential or would benefit a good make over. Pictures arent a true image of the hotel people are...
