"The parking is probably the biggest draw for this place. Parking can be difficult in neighborhoods like this, and being able to pull right up to the door is a relief after a long day out. And we loved the shower! Alisa is kind and considerate, any questions and she is right on it. Lots of walkable stores and restaurants, and of course, the beach is so close!"

"The house is located in a great location with the beach a block away and the bay outside the front door. Coffee houses, restaurants, bars, and bike rentals all within an easy walk. Recommendations: throw blankets and window covering for the bayside bedroom. Instructions on the upstairs heater would be helpful. "

"The spot was perfect for us! It was a great size and so close to main street - which is where we spent most of our time. We were able to go back and forth for any reason with ease, and even beat crowds in the mornings. The place was very clean and very private! We especially loved the telescope! "Very convenient location in the middle of iconic shops and restaurants. We had a great time, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions planning for the trip. Be aware there is no reserved parking, so arrival to drop off requires a quick car unloadinh then search for a street parking in the surrounding blocks. "I couldn't be more impressed!! Fantastic location, easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants, airport. Clean, comfortable. Newly constructed/updated. I didn't need anything but a bed and a bathroom, but this place had all the kitchen extras, towels, linens, TV, books, etc. Thank you to the hosts. "This property is absolutely beautiful! The entire home is spacious and inviting. The home is well stocked. You will love the size of the kitchen. The bedrooms have high quality bedding and mattresses - very comfortable. The views of the ocean are incredible. We were able to see dolphins every day that we were there. "We give this condo 5 stars because it had everything we needed to stay a week, & it was beautiful & clean. The Wifi was good and they even provided lots of choices if you wanted to watch TV! Great views of the ocean and just steps to the sand and restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Parking is definitely at a premium here so we were so grateful to have a garage to park in! We would rent again!"

"It was a great place. 1 block from the beach. They only have one reserve parking place. We had 2 cars. Pacific beach is very busy. So to find a parking place is kinda hard. You have to wait at least till 4 or 5 pm to find one. We managed and found one. We loved this place."
