"My family and I stayed here two nights just before Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. Local restaurants were a bit unaccessible as it was off-season but this inn has its own great little restaurant kitchen. We had two dinners here and tried almost everything on the menu. "The staff were awesome. Really close to station, but was in a walkable area. The only negative is the capsule doors aren't very wide, but easy enough to deal with Another guest decided to do laundry at 1 am but thats not the properties fault. "

I was able to stay cool during hot summer days. My only warning for future customers is to bring earplugs if noisey nights are an issue. "It is a very new and clean place. The amenities are all from muji! But because it was still new, the staff were using the washing machine and dryers for the bedsheets. The location is great, right at the entrance to enoshima :) "
