"Best place we have stayed in Portugal! This was a super convenient place to stay. We were able to walk everywhere. Lots of cafes and cool spots to eat, sit and drink. The facility was awesome, the rooftop is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a great time! "

"You don’t have sufficient personnel in key positions that speak English. Not enough personnel in housekeeping waited to get pillows and towels for two hours, again the front desk does not answer the phone because they are too busy, not enough personnel. The phone in the room did not work, the security box needed the battery replaced. Coffee the room only for one. "

"The staff were great and helpful,the breakfast and roof top area/staff were great.basically the facilities outside our room were smashing. Good spacious functioning shower room.WiFi good.hotel well located.lifts all in working order. negatives- the dusty air inside room,thin noise insulation between rooms/corridor."

"The hotel is in an excellent location close to the river and some of the spectacular buildings such as the Stock Exchange. The Line 1 tram stop is in front of the hotel as are the bus stops for the various tourist buses. Access is slightly restricted over a cobbled road but the staff were friendly and helpful. "
