"The place is clean and tidy, very modern, use access code for enter the hotel, your room. They have a pantry room that we can buy food from supermarket to cook in it. So we can have a relax dinner in it. The hotel is near all the sight-seeing spots, very convenience. The manager is very nice, she gives us a very details how to go to the sightseeing spots and where to buy the boat trip etc."

"Our GPS had trouble finding this property in the Porto city center. The sign identifying the property is very small, but with 4 of us, we found it. Ricky was very helpful in riding with us to park our car which ended up being quite easy. Our room was adequate with needed amenities. The breakfast room was unique, and we were served breads, cheeses, and fruit; no hot entrees. "

We booked a family suite which has the bedroom upstairs and sitting area downstairs, it's spacious though not quite efficient.The room is very nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is good too. The only disappointment was we didn't have any towels for the first night, the reception was already closed when we found.We saw ants in our room which would deduct the rating a bit. "We booked this hotel because it was close to a metro station (Trinidad, 5 minutes walk) that went directly to the airport but it turned out to be a little oasis just outside the tourist centre of Porto. There is a lovely garden and conservatory. A kitchen with an honesty bar, snacks and proper recycling bins. The view from the front bedrooms isn't so good but the rear ones overlook the garden.
