"Parking isn’t free, $40 per day. There’s parking outside the hotel but it’s at your own risk. The gate to exit never worked so we had to press the call button to have it opened each time we wanted to exit, they never checked to see if we had paid parking so basically paid for 4 nights of parking for no reason."

"Dec 31 to Jan 2, double - double room which was very large and clean. It is close to BART so I heard train traffic noise but got used to it. Hotel is well maintained. Especially appreciated the use of Lyft as the shuttle service to OAK at 3 in the morning. "

"Everything was very nice but when I checked in the clerk did not inform me that I needed my room key card to exit the gated parking lot . So when I checked out and left my cards in the room I could not exit. Took about 15 minutes for me to get assistance and drive out of their lot."
