"The train, subway and airport bus terminal are conveniently located nearby. The big supermarket is just downstairs. Reception staff were very helpful and professional. What needs to improve is the toilet which seems to have a stench when we first entered the bathroom and even after room makeup."

Best part of the hotel is the shuttle bus to Osaka station. Allowed me to save lots of time figuring out the metro system and less worries on navigation"

I would recommend that they should at least ask if there’s anything they could assist. They are very lacking on that part in the hotel."
