"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. "It was only a 1-night stay so we didn’t need anything extravagant and weren’t expecting much, so when the rooms smelled slightly of cigarettes and the sinks leaks and the doors were finicky - it was fine. What was awful was the front desk man who was incredibly rude to our group. "It’s freshly done up hotel in the centre of shopping district. Tiny room and tiny beds as well, but I knew it when I picked the hotel. Tiny bathroom, where the shower is not isolated from the rest of bathroom, which makes the floor wet after one shower. And caution with lots if trip hazard.
