Upon checking in, I immediately noticed the poor conditions—unclean rooms, a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and an overall unsafe environment. Despite requesting a room change, the staff refused to accommodate us, leaving us with no choice but to leave the hotel within two hours of arrival. As someone with allergies to dust and unclean environments, the conditions posed a serious health risk to me. After checking online...
