"The room is not corespond with foto site. Room deluxe was one small room with two bed , uncleaned room ,uncleaned bed line, a lot of garbage. I don t recommend this location. I stayed one night because was Bad condition and the site retire my money by card FOR 4 Days. I want my money back. "

We complained to hotels.com on our first night and the customer service agent did not do anything to help. So we decided to leave the hotels after our first horrible night."
