Upon checking in, I immediately noticed the poor conditions—unclean rooms, a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and an overall unsafe environment. Despite requesting a room change, the staff refused to accommodate us, leaving us with no choice but to leave the hotel within two hours of arrival.
