"It sucks!"

"Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean. Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door. This means someone entered my hotel...

"It was a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly. Several local dining options really close by and some cool places in the local area. We used Uber and walking to get around the city (and Sao Paulo is HUGE), and we got Ubers super fast at this location. The location was really nice, and spring for the breakfast! It's worth it."

"It was an easy check-in and out process with automated facial recognition and passcode system. It was difficult to drop off the bags before the check-in and communication around it (between WhatsApp and actual human being at the front desk) was not organized well. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable stay. "
