It was very convenient localed, 4 min from the airport. Very friend staff and very clean. The only thing is that bedroom's carpet was outdated and stained. I would stay here again.

What i liked first. Room was nice, spatious and comfortable, well maintained and clean, as well as common areas. So if your interested mostly in that you d be satisfied. Area is not the best , but right in front of the Coghonas airport and guarulhos express bus stop, which is a valuable point. What i was disappointed of was the sport facility that for me is paramount; pool closed, the gym cardio machines had obviously not been maintained or checked lately. Two out of three bikes were unusable, pedals not fixed, one treadmill would not incline, so when several people were there the options were limited, which is a waste since the gym would have been pretty good and big otherwise, with lots of weights, if well maintained i would have been satisfied. Note: it closes at 10pm, and pretty strict about that , which does not make much sense. You should give 24hrs access for travelers with different schedules, delays,jet leg, etc. Anither thing: check in process longer than the average.

Minha experiência foi ruim pois ao chegar na recepção, demoraram bastante para localizar a reserva. A recepção estava cheia e só havia uma recepcionista. Os demais que chegaram não foram educados e nos trataram com desdem. Após 30 minutos localizaram nossa reserva e nos deram um quarto. Ao chegar no quarto, ja havia outro hospede nesse quarto. Isso gerou um constrangimento enorme para mim e para os hospedes que estavam no quarto. Os cartões para abertura do quarto e dos elevadores também apresentaram problemas de funcionamento durante toda hospedagem. Tanbem foi informado que após as 5:30 da manhã haveriam vans para o aeroporto a cada 30 minutos. Às 10:20hrs quando saímos para pegar a van para o aeroporto foi informado que as vans estavam em pausa e que retornariam às 12hrs. A rede Atlantica é conhecida pela qualidade de atendimento, serviço e de quartos de qualidade. Infelizmente esse hotel não se enquadra nos padrões da Atlantica. Nessa passagem pelo hotel tive uma experiência muito ruim.

A recepção e o restaurante são bonitos e modernos, mas os quartos são antigos. O quarto não era higienizado corretamente, a pia do banheiro sempre um nojo mesmo com a limpeza diária. Enviei mensagem no wpp em um dia de curso que saímos com fotos mostrando a falta de limpeza, porque era uma simples esponja com água já tirava os resquícios de creme dental, somente me informaram um outro numero para fazer a reclamação. As cobertas não são lavadas regularmente, e está sempre fechado o quarto o que me causou várias crises alérgicas, se não tivesse pago adiantado as estadias, ctza mudaria de hotel. O ar condicionado tem uma armação de madeira ao redor, o que causa um barulho horrível no quarto, impossível de usar. Parece um liquidificador ligado. Os aparelhos da academia não são lubrificados, o q causa um barulho alto de rangido para quem está treinando.
