Qndo cheguei a recepcionista disse q eu teria q pagar (todos os dias) o café da manhã da minha filha pois não estava incluído. Eu disse e mostrei q isso não foi acordado, pedi para chamar a gerente mas a recepcionista disse q não iria adiantar. Mesmo assim insisti e a gerente resolveu. Faltou tb uma toalha, interfonei e disseram q iam levar mas não levaram. Tive q buscar no outro dia.

O quarto era ok, padrão ibis, mas um pouco descuidado (especialmente o banheiro, embora nada demais). O check in não era possível realizar nem um minuto antes do horário e as atendentes sequer se dispuseram a verificar se já havia quarto livre, não demonstravam nenhuma simpatia ou disposição para ajudar.

dirt and bad smell were what marked the stay
I really dont like to do a bad evaluation, but Regretably cleanliness was really poor. Entrance, halls in anyhwere was dirty and with a terrible odour. The room was with a smeling like if a group of 100 people were training in a gym without take a bath for a month. Really was almost impossible to stay in the room. I really hope that this hotel improve in quality because each experience there is becoming worse at each time

Confortável e bem localizado.
Hotel com boa comodidade, café da manhã sem muita variedade, mas suficiente, ótima localização, em frente ao aerporto. Um ponto negativo era que sempre tinha pessoas pedindo dinheiro na porta do hotel. O estabelecimento deveria fazer algo para impedir isso, enquanto estávamos descendo do uber ou entrando era bem desconfortável.
