"I would never recommend this place. After booking, I never received notice that their office was only open from 9-5p, and they're based in Miami. I arrived late at night after flight delays, only to get to the hotel and have NO ONE available. NO ONE was there to open the door and check me in, literally leaving me stranded in the middle of the night on the street and having to figure out where to go next. I called the number posted, and it sent me directly to voicemail in Miami. No one was...

Overall a great hotel

"The restaurant food is very good. Restaurant service is very poor. Bar service was good. Bar single chairs were not very comfortable. Bar couch was very comfortable. Hotel bed was great, rooms and hotel itself was very clean. Room soundproofing was very effective."

"An excellent option for transit in Bogotá. Really nice facilities, great breakfast buffet starting at 5 am. I would only penalize them for not having espresso earlier! Also, and not their fault, shuttle at peak hours is difficult at El Dorado. It could benefit from a reinforcement of another van. But the attention of staff at every turn makes up. Rooms are a delight, ample and nice. "
