"We had a great experience in this hotel. They are doing some construction but you don’t get bothered by it. The staff were amazing, always kind and helpful. It can be a little noisy if you open your window but Bogotá is a busy city and that is totally normal, just keep your windows closed. They work with a special taxi company and you can be sure you are safe with them, actually I lost my phone in one of the taxis and the driver returned it the same day. They have a shuttle to and from the airport that is part of the service, no extra charge. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bogotá. "

Menu doesn’t change much at all in their restaurant, so for a longer stay you may get tired of eating the same things. Other than that, the rooms have a lot of space and are always very clean. Mini fridge doesn’t have insane prices like other hotels, and they are great with arranging transportation. "

"Located in a very safe area of Bogota fronting the US Embassy. The property is shared with the Wyndham Hotel. The reception and breakfast area are in the 2nd floor. Staff was pleasant, friendly and spoke English. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, well kept, comfortable and everything works. Plenty of dining options within the hotel property area. Very convenient to the Gran Estacion Mall. Plenty of Uber in the area. Breakfast was very good. "
