I arrived late at night after flight delays, only to get to the hotel and have NO ONE available. NO ONE was there to open the door and check me in, literally leaving me stranded in the middle of the night on the street and having to figure out where to go next. I called the number posted, and it sent me directly to voicemail in Miami. No one was...
