You are in the hills of Zoagli (a great little town that has an amazing sea promenade), with gorgeous views, and every amenity you need, to include parking and air conditioning. The owners are very gracious and efficient. The amenities are cozy and comfortable. You are literally between Portofino and Cinque Terre, without being in a touristy area. "Our family stayed just four nights and it was clearly not enough time to fully appreciate the house and its setting on the Riviera. Spacious and well kept, the house is an architectural gem terraced into the landscape. Save for the rusty railings (please paint these!), the house is in good shape with manicured gardens, pathways, a great pool and shared access to the water. "Place was a little difficult to find, parking is tight, almost impossible to find 1 of our 3 nights, place is basic, outdated, and doesn’t have air conditioning. There was 1 non working unit by front door, bedrooms in lower level didn’t have air. Luckily the weather was very good and we didn’t need during the night.
