Really great location right by the beach and walkable to the station. The 8th floor terrace gives great views. The rooms are a spacious but the decor is a little tired.

We had a wonderful time. Walkability was great and was shopping and restaurants were near by. The staff was kind and helpful. Our granddaughter for sick. They helped arrange for us to take her to Genova to the children’s hospital and checked in her afterwards. The sea view from our room was gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again.

We upgraded and had a great sea view. Lovely, bright spacious room with all amenities. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a feast and very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful and lovely. We have booked a last minute room for 3 days and they have asked us if we want to upgrade. We did it and we didn't regret, they have offered us a lovely new brand room with sea view and balcony. Mona helped us a lot, she deserves the best. Lovely area , close to shops and restaurants, difficult with parking as it'a very busy area but the hotel offer the possibility to park for a fee.

A lovely hotel, situated close to the centre for shopping, eating and exploring. The train station was only a 5 minute walk away. Staff were smart, happy and extremely helpful. We will definitely revisit.

We had a wonderful time in Rapallo and this hotel was perfectly situated. The front desk staff were amazing except for one and the breakfast was out of this world delicious with so many amazingly delicious food choices. The staff in the restaurant and the Roof Top Bar were exceptionally friendly people who wanted to ensure we were happy at all times. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel!

Below the expectations according to the reviews. The hotel is good even if the cleaning could be improved especially in the bathroom and sheets. The room is very simple but the size is good, more than the average in the area. What I didn't like is the staff, really unfriendly.

3 rooms was the charm! The first room (which was supposed to be an upgrade) door did not fully seal so the whistling and street noise was extremely loud. They moved us to our original room, (Which was more updated) but the air did not work. We called twice and the maintenance guy told us that it was working. The reception told us it was the best it would because it was a historical building. It never came below 82 degrees. We told the front desk that we would be checking out after 1 night so they moved us to another part of the hotel that didnt control the temperature as much. From there the stay was pleasant. It is an easy walk to the train station and bus station and great restaurants. The sky bar was beautiful and very great location for the city.

Right by the beach. Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was clean. Parking is right across the street but it’s a shared paid parking that the hotel has a contract with. We had to loop 3 times to find a spot cause we arrived in the afternoon which was a busy time for parking.

Extraordinary hotel near the station, in front of the sea. People At the reception were very kind and friendly , making our stay much more confortable. Breakfast was Superb! I truly recomend this hotel!
