"Amazing views & room was very nice. Only negative I have is when trying to get some ice for drinks from bar staff was almost impossible. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre. "

"Foul smell from bathroom. I wanted to leave or at least change rooms after the first night but my girlfriend didn't want to make the effort. I wish we had moved. Dirty floors. Ashes on the window ledge. Hairs in the shower. Uncomfortable bed for a couple. Dated decor. Central location. On-site parking was expensive. We parked on the street but not terribly convenient. Staff tried to be helpful. "

"We had been traveling in Italy for 2 weeks when we arrived in Riomaggiorie and Terre Prime Suite. Veronica, the most amazing host we have ever met kindly provided transport from La Spezia train station to the Suite. Her adorable son serves as her Porter. "Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean.
