"I stayed with my family of 6. We had to take an UBER from the airport because of the language barrier with the front reception. Days before we arrived we emailed the information for them to help with transportation from the airport. when we got there the receptionist at front desk could not understand what I was saying so we had to take an airport shuttle service which was fine. COP 127,000 COP rather than $150,000 (about USD $35) COP that the hotel front reception would help us with. Apart from that, OSCAR was our guy. He was bilungual and also he went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable time whenever we went for breakfast. Btw the breakfast was really delicious and fruits were so fresh. Seem like they had fresh fruits delivered everyday for us. The food was good. The only thing we are not meat eaters and most of what we would want to try had ham or some type of meat. Overall, breakfast was our best part of the day at Faranda Bogota!"

"Had a inconvenience with check in, the room that I had reserved was not available, but on the second day I was move to the right room. But it took two days for the correction. The night of the check in after traveling over 10 hours to arrive at Bogota not only the inconvenience of not having the right room available I was awaken at 11:45 PM by the front desk to come down to the lobby to go over the room bill that I was over charge for the room tax. Their mistake! I suggested that we can fix that in the morning but I was told to come down immediately other the overpayment would take months to fix? The front desk can use better tactics when dealing with customers, the reason for my flight to Bogota was to attend a funeral in the morning, that was my priority not to be waken near midnight to fix a error by the front desk. Other wise the hotel and the rest of the staff was great particularly the housekeeper crew. "
