"Beautiful hotel, with an excellent location and facilities. The room has a fabulous setup, and the balcony is a treat. The included breakfast is fantastic. Juat a few things they could work on... The beds and pillows were far too soft, so woke up with a bad neck, though this could be personal preference. Ordering room service, the dessert didn't come woth the cream and couldnt contact the restaurant on the ohone to resolve. The woman in the bakery was quite rude and insisted I previously spoke...

"The boat was very clean and close to bus/ tram routes, and coffee shops. Mofadja was quick to answer any questions, and provided a lot of info before arriving. Totally unique experience staying on the boat!"
