Newly renovated, this charming apartment is close to several healthcare facilities, and a short drive to many central Ohio attractions. The area is rich in hiking/biking trails, breweries, restaurants, and so much history!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished as a flex-room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make yourself at home. Actual furnishings vary from pictures. Ask about pet policy.

Owners are all about communication! If you need anything, just call!

Located in a quiet neighborhood and just 10 minutes from the north and south ends of Zanesville. Easy access to I70, quick 30 minute drive to Newark, and 45 minutes to Columbus.
