"The hotel is nice and the front desk staff is friendly and super helpful. Housekeeping could be better. We had to take our own trash out and ask for more toilet paper and towels. The only thing housekeeping did during our 5 night stay is pick up towels and drop a few off but not even the same amount each day. There were clothes from a previous guest in our dresser which makes me wonder how well the rooms are cleaned between guests. "

"Overall we had a great stay for the price. Breakfast included would’ve been great but it was nice that we could order food on site for dinner. The pool was too cool for our kiddos which was a disappointment as it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The hot tub was also closed so we couldn’t try to get warm from the pool. "

"Late check in went seamlessly and the front desk gal sounded genuinely happy to see us. Our room reserved for 4 people only had 3 towels and 3 washcloths which requires us to ask for another set and seems unnecessary. We ordered coffee drinks in the AM and the gal making the drinks did not seem to know what she was doing to make the drinks, seemed very nervous, ran out of milk and the drinks ended up flavorless. I really, the hotel was welcoming and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would stay...

"This hotel is VERY nice. Newer building, and our room was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. We did have an issue with a noisy child running overhead. We contacted the desk and said we were willing to change rooms, but the associate in charge said that there was nothing she could do with our reservation because it was booked through a third party (hotels.com). This is something to keep in mind folks! My husband had some more words with the desk when it was time for bed and the noise...

"Typical good Hampton Inn experience. Had to put the A/C on to cool the room (top floor in February), but great room, friendly staff, and the usual breakfast offerings."
