"This hotel is VERY nice. Newer building, and our room was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. We did have an issue with a noisy child running overhead. We contacted the desk and said we were willing to change rooms, but the associate in charge said that there was nothing she could do with our reservation because it was booked through a third party (hotels.com). This is something to keep in mind folks! My husband had some more words with the desk when it was time for bed and the noise...

"Our toilet in the room overflowed and the bathroom was flooded. Kane from maintenance came quickly to the room and fixed the toilet issue. He was so friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. He was extremely polite and efficient at cleaning up the mess. He is definitely a superstar employee!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay this weekend for our girls trip. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast included with the stay was excellent. We also splurged and had dinner served Saturday evening which was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
