"Our toilet in the room overflowed and the bathroom was flooded. Kane from maintenance came quickly to the room and fixed the toilet issue. He was so friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. He was extremely polite and efficient at cleaning up the mess. He is definitely a superstar employee!!!"

The pool was too cool for our kiddos which was a disappointment as it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The hot tub was also closed so we couldn’t try to get warm from the pool. "

"Late check in went seamlessly and the front desk gal sounded genuinely happy to see us. Our room reserved for 4 people only had 3 towels and 3 washcloths which requires us to ask for another set and seems unnecessary. We ordered coffee drinks in the AM and the gal making the drinks did not seem to know what she was doing to make the drinks, seemed very nervous, ran out of milk and the drinks ended up flavorless. "This hotel is VERY nice. Newer building, and our room was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in. We did have an issue with a noisy child running overhead. We contacted the desk and said we were willing to change rooms, but the associate in charge said that there was nothing she could do with our reservation because it was booked through a third party (hotels.com). This is something to keep in mind folks! My husband had some more words with the desk when it was time for bed and the noise...
