"One of the best customer service from a hotel staff that I’ve experienced! The hotel itself is a bit older, but the hotel staff were committed into making sure our stay was hassle free. They called the room to check in on us to make sure we were having a pleasant stay and if there was anything we needed. They even called to ask how the food was for room service. "

"Great hotel and a lot of stuff inside like restaurant, coffee shop, bar, dry cleaning, gym, and tour guides. But once you step outside you get the honking, high traffic, and car fumes. To be expected anywhere you go there. Good hotel but you can see everything worth it in 2 days (pyramids, sphinx, museum, local cuisine) so dont stay longer then you need to. I felt safe walking around and people outside local market vendors were really nice. Easy subway to use also. "

The elevator isn't safe (we know first hand) and Communication with reservations to resolve issues beforehand is impossible. Having said that I would stay here again but only send my luggage in the elevator. "
