"This hotel must have the absolute best view of the Sphinx and Pyramids in the area. Fabulous! The hotel itself is rather dated but had a homely feel and felt authentic. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable and clean and it was nice that a fridge was also provided in the rooms. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure all your needs were met. They were friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to care that you enjoyed your stay which we certainly did. We would return to this property if we came back to Giza in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends."

"I loved my stay in Cairo, and welcomed the sanctuary of the hotel after my adventures in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and Luxor. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, all the staff were always warm, hospitable and attentive, they made my stay so perfect. The hotel is on an island between Cairo and Giza, in the middle of the Nile, and is surrounded by embassies and expensive private properties, so is very secure. I must mention the following staff members as they made all the difference: Hazem - on check-in, you ensured I had an incredible room for my stay! Thank you, as this made such a difference! Hamada - you accommodated my request for a late check-out which meant I could have an extra morning exploring your city. Hassan and Mina - you both looked after me in the restaurant. Mahmood - my friend - you served me regularly my favourite lamb chops and beers, always efficient and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."
