"In an attempt to beat all the tourists to Plitvice Lakes, we decided to drive up the night before and stay at the Plitvica Lodge so we would be one of the first to the park when the park opened at 7am. Hotels.com has the hotel listed at the incorrect address (Plitvice Selo 71/3 did not route correctly) so we got lost at 10pm - basically in the middle of nowhere - and thankfully had an international phone plan to call for directions, but roads are not well marked. "Perfect location for Plitvice National Park visit. The host was so kind and helpful, gave us tips for the area and made sure we had everything we needed despite our late check in. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone I know! "

"Property is best located of all hotels at Plitvice. Directly above Park entrance. If you stay at this hotel, a one day Park Pass is good as long as your stay lasts, which is a great bonus. Breakfast buffet is solid. Other restaurant is OK. Many options in the area. Rooms are old but cleanly with nice balconies. It is a very good all around stay. We'd definitely go back again. "
