"Lovely Villa. Outside area is fantastic and brilliant pool. Could do with some more kitchen equipment e.g serving bowls etc and plastic drink cups for around the pool. But this did not effect our stay. Also we weren't aware they wanted a £500 deposit in cash on arrival this should be stated when booking. Overall very happy though and would recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay in Pula. The property was very clean and had all the facilities needed for our stay (a family of 4). The owners were very friendly and helpful and willing to provide anything we required or advise us on the best places to visit in the area. We used the bikes provided with to cycle to Verdula, otherwise it is easier to get around by car and there is plenty to see and do in the area."

"Positiv: sauberes Haus. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Negativ: Eine Wohneinheit hat einen weiten Weg zur Gartenanlage. Die Besitzer wohnen auf dem selben Gelände! Sie begutachten alles sehr kritisch, dadurch fühlt man sich oft beobachtet und kontrolliert. Der Hund läuft frei herum. Toilettpapier wird nicht ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Am Abreisetag war der Putztrupp um halb 8 Uhr vor Ort."

"Parking is free, but a block or so from the hotel and unpaved. The general condition of the parking area is not confidence inspiring, but we had no problems. The room was very clean and tidy, but small. The shower was possibly the smallest I've ever been in, aside from an RV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Very helpful host. We came after midnight, but he waited for us and gave us advice about paying for parking. Although it is old, the hotel is clean and very quiet even though it is right next to the old center. Breakfast quite good."

"If you’ve never been to Croatia before, you should go and you should definitely consider Cave Romana. Set in a secluded location but only 20 minute drive from Pula airport and 10 minutes in to Pula. The accommodation is quirky, full of character and flexible for large groups. Beware though that whilst there are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, you need to walk through one to get to the other. It worked fine for us but it’s not clear in the info that you see on line. "Everything as we expected. Wonderful hosts. Great base for exploring or just chilling by the pool. Air con sure helped for August. Kids claim the WiFi excellent. Village has wine shop and bread shop that also does milk and ice creams, so that was our essentials sorted. Hope to be back!"

"Fantastic property. Exactly as described. Clean and homely. Beautiful gardens, well maintained. . Safe and secure for the young children. Host always on hand to help with any concerns or questions. Pool and hot tub clean. These were a blast with the little ones! Quiet location, sea front and towns short car ride away but there is a bus stop right outside the property. Couple of small grocery shops within walking distance. I recommend the bakery, great food at great prices."
