"I came into town for a concert and booked a room here. My first impression was how friendly the staff was right from the moment I walked in. Once checked in, I got to my room and was surprised at how spacious it was. Everything was very clean from the bathroom to the bed room and everything in between. The bed was definitely the highlight of my stay. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed than the one at this hotel. The sheets were the softest, the mattress was so comfy and the pillows were extra fluffy. The next morning there was a nice breakfast that was out and the dining area was also clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. "

"The home had amazing views, it was able to accommodate 10 of my friends without issue. Some of us had to share a bed, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The inside of the home was also very nice and organized. A couple of days before the check in, I saw that the management team reached out to me via email to ask me to fill out a waiver for our stay. This place had an enormous list of rules, including an entire section about no smoking on the property, but to be expected. They then asked me to fill out a form of every person that is going to be there, ages included. They do not allow anyone under the age of 25 to stay there. After that, they asked me to complete an ID verification form that did not work, so I had to send them a picture of my ID along with a selfie of me holding my ID. I then had to send them all of the vehicle information of the vehicles that would be parking on the property, along with a copy of the insurance. Needless to say, this process was an extreme pain in the rear and was quite annoyed that this process wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The day we arrived, we went through the house to make sure everything was okay and found dozens of cigarette butts in the backyard. When we were getting ready to leave, we found a rat trap under the couch and a ton of rat poop under the couch. We had to throw out all of our food as a result. Won’t be staying here again."

"This house was great, especially the backyard oasis. We were a group of four (two couples 60+) who spent four days alternating between hiking Joshua Tree and exploring the Palm Springs area. While it was a drive to get to each, the house was conveniently located in the middle. We loved having the hot tub to come home to every afternoon. The star gazing in the backyard was also cool. Not dark enough to see the defined Milky Way, but still amazing. We highly recommend Pappy and Harriet’s, as well as The Tiny Pony and the Snake Bite Roadhouse. "

As we soaked in the hot tub under a blanket of stars, a friendly cat joined us, adding a touch of whimsy to the night. The property itself is a visual masterpiece, with a unique pond out front and vibrant, color-changing lights that bring an enchanting atmosphere after dark—pictures simply don’t do it justice. This place exceeded every expectation, making our bucket-list birthday celebration even more memorable. The hosts were laid-back and unobtrusive, giving us the perfect blend of privacy and hospitality. It was an ideal spot for exploring the stunning Southwest and enjoying the peaceful beauty of the desert. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect stay! We would love to return sometime. There are so many things to do in the area!"

"We had a great time. The house is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The location is perfect! We came to town to visit friends and see a couple shows at Pappy & Harriet’s. This house was perfect for all this. The only thing is we weren’t able to sit in the hot tub at night and enjoy the cooler part of the day due to quiet time outside being 10pm. But we stall and an amazing time and would stay here again. "
